Here's An Update!

I hate blogging. I think blogger is unfriendly and my internet is too dang slow to upload pictures.
School has started back up. I was able to quit my job and go to school during the day to finish my degree. Charlotte got into the children's school at Weber so we get to go together everyday. We also ride the bus. She loves it. I love not buying an expensive parking pass or paying for gas in the truck. Josh drives my car because he got an awesome promotion.
All that said, I will try to keep updating but no promises!

Last week we got a wild hair and decided to go miniature golfing. We had lots of fun and Charlotte was a trooper.

Bear Lake - August 2010

My family went to Bear Lake for a week. Tons of fun. Lots of food, sand, water, treats, sandcastles, waverunners, and more fun!

Happy Birthday Charlotte!

Charlotte turned 2 on July 5th! It was a fun, long weekend of BBQ's and presents.

On Monday, we started the day with her favorite breakfast: pancakes. They were extra special with SPRINKLES!!
This is her attempt at showing you 2 fingers.

Then we went to lunch with Bonnie, Hudson, Gma Terri, Max, and Melany (who's birthday is on the 4th). Hudson showed us his fancy eating tricks!

Charlotte picked out a new chair at PB. We love the Star Wars "bobots".

We sang "Happy Birthday" with funky tie-dye cupcakes.

Charlotte got too many fun presents! Bubbles, wagon, baby, vacuum, paints, bank, chair, pillow cases, shirts, puppy-in-a-purse, Snow White, and ABC's!

Charlotte is so much fun to have around. In the past few months her vocabulary has gone nuts. She is a little mimic and repeats EVERYTHING we say! She loves to eat pancakes, noodles, cheese, and fruit. She has so much fun at daycare and at GG's house and loves to tell you about her day. She will sit calmly and watch Annie or the Sound of Music. Every morning she wakes up and asks for pancakes and looks for cousin Hudson. Her favorite things to do are read, read, read, play bubbles, and play with cars. She is a social gal and makes us laugh everyday!

Petting Zoo w/ Hudson

We went to the petting zoo at Gardner Village. It is mostly goats and neither were too sure about it. It was also very hot, notice the rosy cheeks.

I'm not sure if Hudson is saying good-bye or setting a safe distance between him and the goat. Either way would be correct. :)

Finally!

I am happy to report that Charlotte has added a new movie to her list. Step aside Annie, The Sound of Music is taking over. I am much happier with this choice, as it is one of my favorites too!

Reading Time

My cousins stopped by to say hello and hung out to read books for awhile. Charlotte loved it.

Summer!

You know it's summer when you can sit outside and eat popsicles naked!

As for the owie, this is what happens whe you jump out of a shopping cart and nose dive. Ouch!

Pottery

Josh takes ceramics classes is the evening and he makes some awesome stuff. I hate giving it away but every few months we have to clean out our stock to make way for the new stuff. He makes great bowls and has just gotten the hang of plates.

Thomas

Aunt Bonnie got us tickets to see Thomas at the Heber RR. Charlotte and Hudson didn't know who Thomas is, but loved riding the train.

It was very windy. Hudson looks like he's had enough!
